The Wyoming Child Support Program, within the Wyoming Department of Family Services, will provide services to find parents, establish paternity, establish child support and medical support orders, enforce child support and medical support orders and review and modify existing orders. We also receive and disburse child support payments. We serve any person who fills out an application. Our services are not based on income and we do not charge an application fee.
The WCSP promotes the safety, well-being, and self-sufficiency of families. Offices are located in conveniently throughout the state. The offices provide a variety of services that assist families with financial support.
