The Wyoming Child Support Program offers different ways to make your child support payment online, in person, and by mail. All payment options below are only for non-custodial parents.
PAY ONLINE
This service allows you to pay your State of Wyoming Child Support Payments electronically and is a service of Value Payments Systems.
All payments are charged to your account immediately and the amount of your transaction including the child support payment and a convenience fee of 2.49% of the payment amount (minimum $4.95) for credit and debit cards.
The payment will be received by Wyoming State Disbursement Unit three (3) full business days after the payment date and then applied to your child support obligation within two (2) full business days after receipt.
E-Check is available. The fee for using e-check is $1.00. All e-check funds are subject to a five (5) business day hold to verify funds and insure account authorization. Upon the fifth business day, provided all funds have cleared, the funds are then transmitted to the Wyoming State Disbursement Unit.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express debit/credit cards and PayPal.
When adding a case, you must select WYOMING as the state you are directed to send your child support payment.

Payment Processing Schedule
The effective date for processing payments will always default to the next banking day. The effective date is the date the funds are debited from your bank account.
All debited funds are subject to a five business day hold to verify funds and insure account authorization. Upon the fifth business day, provided all funds have cleared, the funds are then transmitted to the receiving government agency.
It may take up to seven (7) business days from the effective date of the debit specified to be received by the state.

PAY IN PERSON
The Wyoming Department of Family Services has partnered with PayNearMe to offer an easy and convenient cash payment option. To pay with PayNearMe you will need a PayNearMe Payment Code that you can print or send to your mobile phone.
To obtain a PayNearMe Payment Code, click the button above, go to paynearme.com/wyoming.. Take the Payment Code to any Family Dollar, CVS Pharmacy or ACE Cash Express location or participating 7-Eleven locations.
The Payment Code scans at the register. There are no forms to fill out. Tell the clerk how much you want to pay in cash. A $1.99 convenience fee will be automatically added. Your payment will post in 2 to 3 business days. For Assistance, call (307) 777-5300 or (888) 570-9914.
